Reverend Donovan Myers is the Minister at the Savannah United Church. He has spent over twenty years serving the church and working on education and community development projects, focusing specifically on challenging issues such as drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, violent crimes and homelessness. Donovan has a personal interest in human rights and justice. In addition to his theological studies Reverend Myers pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Counselling and post-graduate certification in Education. He has taught ethics classes at Cayman Prep & High School in Grand Cayman and is a former member of the Human Rights Committee and the current Chair of the National Youth Commission. Effective 1 April, 2014 Reverend Myers was appointed for a period of three years.
