Born and educated in the Cayman Islands, Mrs. Frazier is a successful business owner, having started a property management company with her husband Jerry Frazier in 1994. She is actively involved in the community and is a currently a member of the Steering Committee; PR Committee for Planning the Future for Persons with Disabilities in the Cayman Islands; Member of ICCI Board of Trustees and Member of Church of God, Chapel.
Cathy was appointed as a member on 2 January 2010 for a three year term.
